We have just completed the refurbishment of the entrance and top floor of our building with a new fire alarm system, wiring, eco friendly lighting, carpeting, door entry system and kitchen.
With the common area refurbishment now complete, for leases of one to three years we are able to work with our onsite maintenance team to refurbish the office you select to the value of your deposit, the deposit being returned to you at the end of your lease, should you require additional work over the value of your deposit you will require to pay the additional cost.
