Top Three in Scotland - 13 Jul 2003

Scotlands premier transcription service Cue and Review is named as runner up in the E Business category of the inaugural Enterprising Scotland Awards 2003.

The dinner and awards ceremony on the 12 June 2003 was the grand final of the regional business awards held around the country. As winners of the Innovation and New Applications Award 2002 from Scottish Enterprise Dunbartonshire, Cue and Review Recording Service was entered into the two-stage judging process to identify nine category winners. The other finalists in the E Business category were Dumfries And Galloway College and Miller Roofing Ltd, Clydebank.

Founder and Managing Editor Alastair McPhee said, this achievement recognises not only our commitment to providing a range of audio titles for visually impaired people, but also the developments that we have made for those businesses interested in making their print brochures available in audio format. The online quotation tool unlike humans, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This ensures Cue & Review Recording Service is now never closed for business!

Remember that Cue and Review Recording Service is run by volunteers of all ages. Their hard work in conjunction with the management team has ensured that we have gone from strength to strength over the last twenty-one years.
