The copyright for the images and the words on this site rests with Cue and Review Recording Service with the following exceptions:

• Some of the graphics are held in joint ownership with Inigo Media Ltd.

• Some of the images of Scottish scenery are owned by Stuart Roebuck of Adolos.

The copyright for much of the audio material provided for download from the site also rests with Cue and Review Recording Service. Exceptions are:

• Specified audio cards where the author of the original work is living or has been dead for less than seventy years. Under these circumstances the copyright rests with the author and the work is used by us only with explicit permission.

• Entertainment Clips, where the copyright rests with the authors of the original material.

Where appropriate we have specified the copyright of the material used.

In downloading material from this site, you undertake to use it only in the manner for which it is intended. In particular, you undertake not to make copies for further distribution.

Downloading Audio Material

The system controlling the exchange of money for audio downloads is automated to ensure you receive audio material as quickly as possible. The system cannot compensate for user error such as the provision of an incorrect email address or specification of an incorrect audio title. If an error does occur, or you experience any other problems, please contact us so that we can ensure you receive the files you requested. We value your How to Subscribes and donations.

Payment of Donations

We provide three types of audio download from this site: (a) audio files of general information, (b) audio cards and (c) entertainment clips. The information files are free and the audio cards and entertainment clips are provided as a 'thank you' for donations.

Returns Policy

Because the audio cards and entertainment clips are provided as a 'thank you' for donations i.e. they are not 'sold' to you and because they comprise electronic media over which we have no control once you have received them or have sent them to a friend, we do not operate a returns policy for them. However, if you experience any problem receiving the material you requested please contact us.
